Haha who is the asshole who put this up: "On 28 August 2014 Tatsuya Sakai was called up for Javier Aguirre's first match coaching the Japanese national team against Uruguay, but his mistake led to an opposition goal."
The only positive thing imo is J.Tanaka. I see him as a new Hasebe like player for the JNT. Nice shoot by Muto at least.
Unfortunately most of the streams are either scrambling or not clear, hopefully there will be a link for the match recorded.
Ok overall a really bad performance on home grounds. Positives to take? Idk we could try to make up a few like idk Mutos debut and stuff but to be honest this was really crappy alltogether
And ? The team was terribly set up but let's just say it shows someone who's just getting started. Still, hard not to be concerned by Honda whose slowness seems definitive. T.Sakai, Minagawa not at the level expected as predicted. Morishige played a better DM than Hosogai which tells a lot ... The team didn't glue, it was pretty terrible to watch.
Sarcastic, but the problems are - for now - still there. When you play with JT18 as CM and Honda as a winger, it's coming. Especially against teams like Uruguay.
