An ideal itinerary: Friday: Saturday: Orange Ball Soccer http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=djHca16H8uk
Thanks for the info. I already got a ride to/from the game though. I'll be tailgating with C38 at Noon.
Dumb fact, David Naughton (the guy who makes the deal without the German accent) is a Penn grad. C'mon the U and the Chinese Downhill!
Now that I am in the midwest I am planning on attending games in Chicago, Toronto, and Columbus. I am curious if anyone is planning a trip out to Toronto this year. Ive heard there has been some great trips in the past and would like to have a great time with some SoBs again.
I'm taking a week vacation in Toronto centered around the game. Only thing I don't have planned out is tickets. Apparently Toronto FC is a tad bit behind with getting ticketing information to the SOB travel coordinators being that tickets still aren't available.
There's a chance the Union will be playing in Harrisburg on Tuesday, May 28. Anyone planning to make the Tuesday night road trip?
Urk...my mistake. I meant to say "Pittsburgh." Which is a much different proposition. Harrisburg, if they get past Reading, will be playing at Red Bull Arena (which might also be an interesting trip).
Any chance someone is driving up to Toronto for Saturday's match and is willing to accommodate a tag-along in exchange for gas money? Have my own place to sleep up there, just don't have transportation to/from Philly area.
Gonna be in Sandy, UT for the July 3 match with RSL. Hoping another SoB will be there to help me old the flag.

Anyone making the trip to Chicago drop me a PM. For our only game last year, there were some guys in the away section who looked like they came from Philly but I didn't notice them until after the game because they were about 15 rows behind us. Sadly, between the Chicago-based supporters and those who made the trip, there wasn't any coordination so the whole section was pretty much dead. I'd be up for organizing a tailgate or pre-match meet up at the Globe.
