It seems like the have a decent selection of players, it will be interesting to see how they all come together.

I'm sure they are going to get a couple folks added to the team as MLS clubs start cutting their rosters and probably a couple loans.

The first Wolves game isn't until 23Mar13, and MLS starts 2Mar13. Not sure when the MLS roster cut down date is. (Not finding it on their website either.) So maybe a week before play starts? Or just a couple of days? Sooooo ... USLPro sides should have 23 to 25 or more days to snag some MLS rejects. Many of these guys are good enough players, and just need to get some games under their belts.

Justin Morrow, now a starter for the SJ Quakes and called into the USNats camp, spent most of a year with Orlando City. Not time to panic about rosters just yet. USLPro still has some time before they need to be ready for the season.

USL rules allow for 26 players on the roster and 7 internationals. Right now Phoenix FC has 20 players listed on their. It breaks down to:

    3 GK's
    8 Defenders
    6 Midfielders
    3 Forwards

I don't know if they will carry the full 26, but they definitely need another forward and a midfielder or 2. All the international slots seem to be filled up (9 players born outside the US, unless more than 2 or them have US residency).

Matt117, it's the Green Card that counts. Once a player has a green card, the league must treat them like US Citizens.

Cyp Hedrick has a US passport, so he's not counted as an international. I just heard today that we signed another international though. Won't spill the beans, but I'll say that he's played for DC United, Galaxy, Houston, Columbus, and in Europe.

And the last international spot is going to a player who's played for his national team, and a bunch of first division European teams, including Hearts in Scotland, and Lokomotiv Moskow.

let the anticipation begin to build :devilish:
