The match was a blistering cauldron of emotions running high on the stands. The ref had to stop the match twice. The goalie of Anderlecht was attacked with rockets. In the Middle East they would send in the Air Force to take the launcers out.
At least we know it's not (totally) his fault. I mean he's still able to perform great saves like the ones against France.
They are on 12th place with 13 points , 2 places ahead of his old club Lierse. Don't think this is what he had in mind either.
For sure! I really hope they will boost their performances in the near future and catch at least the EL. In football this is not so strange or impossible.
They sold their best players and replaced them with not so good new ones. The Belgian sport press writes that it is rather cheap to make Ron Jans pay the price for the results that in effect are what you can expect when you have a transfer policy in place like the one now.
Can I ask you if in Belgium they said that Kawashima was a good sign or not? They said Standard sell their best players, gk too?
I have no info that Kawa is considered a bad signing. I've got the impression they (Standard) are very happy with him.
