I see caps winning this game all the way. 3-1 maybe 2-0.

I hope we see Hassli, Chiumiento and DeMerit play a full game.

Teitur said Sunday that he's not going t play Davide a full 90 Wednesday, as he doesn't want to risk long term injury to Chiumiento's hammy.

Didn't say whether he'd start him, or bring him on as a sub again, but he did say he definitely wouldn't play a full game.

He said they'll make a decision on Demerit depending on how he looks on Tuesday...

It will be a tough decision on the forward choices. Should TT go back to the Hassli/Harris partnership? With Camilo playing so well on Sunday, and some chemistry going with Harris stick with that? Or should Harris get some rest and try Hassli with Camilo?
At the beginning of the year everyone was worried about goals, knock on wood, we seem to be filling the net so far. We still have Salgado in the wings.

I've been a big Nolly supporter over the last few D2 years and I think he'll be fine with time in MLS, but I have to agree that I feel more confident with Cannon at this point (assuming he's healthy and ready). Nolly has been average at best so far this year.

Yes, don't get me wrong, I like Nolly, but agree with your sentiments.

    I don't think he'll be starting.

Injured and questionable to play are DeMerit, Salinas, and Thorrington.

Still injured but probable are Chiumiento and Nolly.

A lot of my fellow Revs peeps are huge pessimists.

But you're right -- everyone in Revs land thinks this will be a really difficult game and we'll be fortunate to get anything out of it. Looking forward to watching it, albeit with some jealousy about the full stadium.

BTW - four starters out (Reis, Coria (CB), Dabo (CM), Perovic (S/LM)). And a Danish striker is supposed joining us later this week -- so if everyone heals, half of tonights line-up will be on the bench when you guys visit in May.

You guys got Baldomero Toledo for the ref tonight. Hoo boy...

This guy is easily the worst ref in MLS. If you've never seen him before, you'll see why tonight.

INJURY REPORT: VANCOUVER WHITECAPS FC – OUT: MF Michael Nanchoff (groin strain); QUESTIONABLE: DF Jay DeMerit (groin strain); MF Shea Salinas (R knee sprain); MF John Thorrington (R quad strain); PROBABLE: MF Davide Chiumiento (R hamstring strain); GK Jay Nolly (L shoulder sprain) ... NEW ENGLAND REVOLUTION – DOUBTFUL: DF Franco Coria (L hamstring strain); MF Ousmane Dabo (R quadriceps strain); MF Marko Perovic (L hamstring strain); MF Andrew Sousa (R quadriceps strain); PROBABLE: DF Kevin Alston (L hamstring strain); DF Didier Domi (R knee swelling); GK Matt Reis (R adductor strain)

INTERNATIONAL ABSENCES: VAN: Russell Teibert (Canada U-20); Omar Salgado (USA U-20)

I find it interesting that Hassli isn't getting the start, the dog house always sucks. You can't argue though with how well Camilo played.

I can't wait to see the Caps at full strength again, especially Chiumiento .

Toledo proving he is still the worse ref in the whole league. How does this man have a job?

Its this ref. He is a terrible ref.

Nothing Harris has done was worth a yellow card. Even the Camilo one was a stupid card, even if it was a dive you give a warning first.

He is the type of ref that think he is there to impact the game.
