You know, my friends have always joked about how if there was ever a US/Japan match I'd probably cheer for Japan. Never thought the day would come, nevermind in the WWC. But I dunno, the USWNT is full of hotties, which is really the biggest X-factor.
It's funny how they don't really need to do that. I guess we have a pretty different angle on these things. Anyway the trophy still looks far away Longest 3 games of my life.
As a half Japanese half American, I can only cheer for one team, and that team will always be Japan! I hate the TV coverage here in the U.S. on ESPN, I got like 3 hours of the same USA highlights, and about 10 seconds of Japan highlights last night... total crap.
My mom is 1/2 polish and 1/2 italian, my father is 100% japanese-brazilian and I always root for Japan, no matter what, even if the game is against Brazil I have many half-japanese friends and the same happens to them, weird
I am 1/4 Swiss, 1/4 Austrian, and 1/2 German, and it happens to me too! What would that have to do with anything?
Nagasato and Kumagai are my favorites Too bad Brazil is out, I wanted to see Japan vs Brazil in the final. Anyway... Ganbare, Nadeshiko!
Kumagai has always had a cool form and figure while playing! I never cared for Kawasumi on the cosmetic side but since the last game I have to say I have been growing into her. God... that sounds so wrong.
Oh come on, if you have to post random chicks in a Japanese uniform, at least let them be Japanese. Like her: She's even a player. Well, a futsal player. And it's not like she's any good. But still a player!

That's both the same girl Yoshizawa Hitomi nicely plucked out of randomness and actually she was a decent player in Gatas or whatever it was spelt.
