Lakers win overtime. I am glad the fans got to see such great entertaining game for one last time in Sacramento. Clips do us brothers a favor and beats Grizz. 2 seed. We take on NO.
Any suggestions for a new playoff thread title? If not, I am gonna have to open a thread with a plain uncreative title like NBA Playoffs 2010-2011.
We have two ideas for a new play off title. The LeBrons and 15 other teams: the 2010-2011 NBA play-offs "The 2011 NBA Playoffs: If you want to crown them, then crown their ass!" I am sure the 7 of us have already read my plea for a new title, and I am under impression that the other 5 do not have a suggestions. Tell me which one you like out of these two funny titles. If i do not hear, I will toss a coin and choose from these two. Thanks Morbo and BG for the suggestions.
Thread not close yet. One more thing to add: Apparently there were business owners in Seattle, San Jose, and now the Sacramento who wanted to purchase the Kings, but the Maloof bros are not interested. After the Lakers game, there were a handful of fans who stayed an hour to cheer and take pictures. The first NBA game I ever took my son to was the Kings pounding on the post-Jordan Bulls. The Kings pranced and danced and beat the home team by about 25 points, woofing all the while. The franchise struggled while in Sacramento, but it had its moments -- and that was one of them. A fond memory, even if my guys were on the losing side. A toast to the Sac Kings.
