4th-place finisher Francisco Mancebo has switched teams for next season, leaving Illes Balears and moving to French team AG2R. Teammate David Navas also made the switch. An interesting move because it confirms Illes Balears' commitment to Alejandro Valverde. It's also something of a coup for AG2R which was only in the Tour on a wildcard this year but are hoping to get onto the elite list of 20 teams for next year's UCI Pro Tour, especially after the demise of Fassa Bortolo.
