I was planning to take my son's soccer team, parents, etc to the US-Korea match. It would have been a really nice thing for the kids to see.

There's still the Youth WCQ in January at HDC. Maybe we'll do that instead.

 

Yeah, definitely. Tickets are on sale, I think, either now or soon. The cheapest tix are like $10. I'm definitely going to head out to hopefully two of those games, the Costa Rica game for sure.

Feb. 9 -- away to Trinidad & Tobago, at Queen's Park Oval, Port of Spain, Trinidad

March 26 -- away to Mexico, Estadio Azteca, Mexico City

March 30 -- home to Guatemala, Legion Field, Birmingham, Alabama

The remaining games, yet to be set...

June 4 or 5 -- Costa Rica (home)
June 8 -- Panama (away)
August 17 -- Trinidad & Tobago (home)
Sept. 3 or 4 -- Mexico (home)
Sept. 7 -- Guatemala (away)
Oct. 8 or 9 -- Costa Rica (away)
Oct. 12 -- Panama (home)

Is the game @ Mexico on Feb 26 or March 26? I've seen both listed.

 

U.S. Soccer's site has it as Feb. 26 (that was my original source). Mind you, this release from U.S. Soccer says the the away match against Mexico is indeed on March 26.

However, after checking both the CONCACAF and FIFA sites, they also have it as being on March 26, so we'll go with that.

I've changed the schedule I had listed on the previous page accordingly.

 

Ok, I had seen Feb 26 on ussoccer.com also. I did think it was March 26.

IIRC, it's standard procedure to only know the first couple of venues. The others come along in due time.

ESPN2 is listing the US v. Mexico qualifier live on Saturday March 26th at 8PM EST.

 

Maybe because its Easter Sunday, Mexico will play on Saturday. Seems odd, though.

 

the game is indeed a rare night game at azteca, and given the USMNT labor situation, chalk up a big fat L.....

 

So is the Mexico game on the 26th or the 27th???

 

As of now its listed on the 26th.

 

fifaworldcup site listed it on the 26th as well....so unless something changes, it is saturday night
