    Believe you me, with Kewell Emerton Grella and Bresciana, we'll be no pushover either mate.

    we also beat you back in the UAE in the quarters I think.

    Somebody on the forum who knows his football.

    Sure we beat the Solomon Islands 6-0. But with players as gifted as Harry Kewell Brett Emerton Vince Grella Marco Bresciana and Mark Viduka in our squad, you would be a total fool to write us off.

    Unlike other countries who will see this tourament as a chore, we will see it as not only an honour, but a chance not only for much-needed match practice at the highest level, but a chance to gain respect from the people we need it from most, the discerning European football public (who would be thinking, "Since when did they play football in Australia?")

    We ARE good enough to be there. And are more than good enough to surprise quite a few countries, as we have done over recent tournaments.

    Australia is a team on the rise no doubt.

    What are your chances of landing a World Cup in your nation? Any info about that Aussibayer?

    Also, do you follow the Mexican League?
