So here it is. Official games has started and so thread for best Barca player of season.
System is: everyone can vote here for MOM. Player with most votes get MOM honor.
5 points: MOM (with most votes)
3 points: (second with most votes)
1 point: (third with most votes)
    _____________________________________

You name three best players (for example: Ronnie, Etoo, Puyol) and if two players has same MOM votes the one with more second (postion) will get award MOM. I will make the calculation, but someone can also help me.

I would say IMO three best players were:
    1. Ronaldinho (bad luck that he didnt score a goal, twice he hit a bar...)
    2. Marques (commanding in defense, made some vital actions...)
    3. Xavi (I dont know why Rijkaard sub him, he made some great passes but others didnt make the finish)

    1. Ronaldinho- all round commanding performance, should have won us the match. hard luck.
    2. Marquez. Solid game at the back, marshalled the defence well. good that Rijkaard opted to play him in central defence and not in midfield. More productive in D.

3, tough choice but i will go with Edmilson, to me he covered enough ground and closed down spaces in midfield while protecting the back line.

1-Eto´o-He was very unlucky not to score. I liked that he did well in all three positions.
2-Ronaldinho-Once again, unlucky not to score.
3-Puyol-He stole quite a few balls in that game and was rock solid.

    Barca 2-0 Mallorca

La Liga week 2, and here is my voting for MOM:

    1. Deco (deffenetly our best man. When he left the game we lost some sharpness. Great game by him)
    2. Etoo (scored two goals which gave us a victory. He must be one of best three. Not he best becouse he should have scored more than two times anyway)
    3. Gio (left flank was his, also he made great cross for second Etoo goal. I say one of our best players tonight)

    Champions league, 1st week

    Werder-Barca

Hm, it was hard fighting game and we were a bit lucky not to get a goal. There was not an individual player that would make the difference, but still I am going to put out three players:

    1. Deco (scored 1st goal that was vital and made great work in the midfield)
    2. Valdes (made some great and vital saves)
    3. Puyol ( not the best match but he command our defence enough good that we didnt get a goal)
    --------
Ronnie scored but I tought he would make the difference. Same for Etoo. Xavi shouldnt start the match anyway, I think Bommel should. Also Oleguer has still some bonus from Rijkaard. Edmilson should IMO also start a game. We won and that is important!!!
