Sane is a steely-eyed missile man. He was nothing but cool, calculating and confident standing over that ball before the kick. Wow.

McKennie came off at a fortuitous time.

Let's be honest: no one expected Schalke to survive this playoff.

That doesn’t make any sense but anyway....

Schalke are still probably screwed. They’ll need a few More penalties in Manchester

    Ederson's distribution is unreal.

I expected them to lose 6-0. Other than city giving up the penalties I’m not far off

Why? Because he can’t turn over team that sells it’s best players every year and beat the most expensive squad on earth?

Because he took a team from 2nd to 14th and THEN threw away a 2-1 lead up a man at home.

Schalke has been ********ing terrible almost every week for the entire season.

Tedesco is an Italy-born German-national whose last name in Italian means "German." :)

Because he turned a top table team into bottom fragger. The injury crisis isn’t his fault obviously, but he still managed to shit the bed at points where they still had a chance to turn it around. This isn’t just one game, it’s a series of multiple games that he had mismanaged completely. This game just seals the deal that he can’t manage a game. If you can’t manage a squad that his currently winning at home with an opponent that is laying eggs left and right, with 10-men, and still can’t seal at least a tie. It’s a problem.

Yeah because they lost like 4 of their best players from last year. I don’t really have an opinion about Tedesco but nobody is going to improve when you lose your best players every year

My concern is the toxic environment surrounding youth sports. Everyone involved in youth sports Coaches/Parents/Players watches this garbage at the highest level and think its ok to treat local amateur referees like that. It's terrible and is a big problem for the sport.

Not so long as the spectators still pass the turnstiles and buy the merchandise. The folks bankrolling the big Sports business aren't in the game to be social scientists.

If that's hard to understand, then try understanding why Mexicans refer to curly hair as "pelo chino", or anything curly as "enchinado".
