Sarri is the best manager this club has ever had and will ever have, he would've won 5 scudettos in a row during the Maradona era. Everyone is a downgrade on him. Atm I don't want another Sarri, I just want a manager that can get results, even if the football is boring.
He destroyed the team when he didn't try to keep Jorginho, just proved he didn't watch the games before he got the job - he was the brain behind the success on the pitch. You can play ugly and still be effective, Juventus were exactly this last season. We just need somebody who can instill a winning mentality into these players. Make them feel like every draw/loss is a complete disaster.
I believe they have this, you don't just average 80+ points the last 4 seasons if you're not used to winning. It's simply the tactic that doesn't suit the team.
There's a difference between wanting to win games and feeling distraught after every draw/loss. Our players possess the former but not the latter. Every defeat/draw for Juventus is a crisis, for us it's just "another bad day at the office". This is what seperates Napoli from Europe's elite.

The last time he resigned was in 2009 when Chelsea had already finished negotiating a deal for him. He’s not the type to give up, he probably still thinks he can turn this around.
