The whole two line thing must have got me. I saw LIVE ON FSW followed after the comma by the FSWE (I took as Fox Sports World East) and the 1pm and thought that was what it meant.

Thanks for clarifying. Back to talking about the game this weekend.

I try to only be wrong about once a month or so ;)

Telecast does start at 7:30AM, but the match is at 7:45.

FSWE is FOX Sports en Espanol

Wow, for the first time I since I can remember, Arsenal is NOT on TV this weekend. I checked FoxSportsWorld and NevadaSmith's sites and neither says that it's on. That's surprising. Usually Man U and Arsenal are on every weekend. Could be because Man U and Arsenal are on at the same time this weekend.

I'm still surprised that they aren't on this weekend.

As for the 12th. It was almost certainly be PPV. It has to be since it's the biggest game of the year so far.

It will also be shown live which is 11am on Sunday.

BTW, I just checked NevadaSmith's and they say 11am on Sunday LIVE so that would be a PPV.

Thanks, I was assuming it was ppv, but could'nt confirm it, might have had to catch a plane if not, have to see this one live, at least tv live.

Everton is on this week, maybe the networks are assuming with Arse dropping fast, Everton is the new member of the big trio. One can hope.

BUTT and Shearer are out according to the team doctors. Hopefully that makes it easier for Chelsea in mid-field and deffense. Do y'all think it makes a difference to us if those players are out?

Not so much Butt, never rated him.

Shearer now, thats a huge blow.
He's the type that can turn the game in a split second all by himself, pure raw talent.
    You can't replace that.

That being said, we contained him prety well in the league cup match ifi recall.
Which, i suppose is something to look back at and say we did it once so....

However, doing it again would be an enormous task.

Tough for them if he's out - good for us.

Remember, it's the 3 points that count, not how well our back line would do against any particular player of theirs though, so in that respect, it's a massive help for us.

I will say it again, this match is of equal importance to the Arsenal match.
We simply must get all three points.

Remaining top of the league, regardless of the Arsenal result, or any other for that matter, is the objective.

Butt's not that great of a player, but who else are they going to use in the center of midfield now? Jenas? Dyer? Robert? Bowyer? I fancy my chances against that CM.

I agree. If we win this match and take all three then we can lose the Arsenal game and STILL be top of the table. I think that would be huge to know that going in. Granted, I am not thereby condoning we lose to Arsenal, I'm just saying it wouldn't be as big of a blow.
