    ***US TV Notes***

The past few weeks FSW has been giving the 10AM match results prior to the 12:15PM ET kickoff of the last live match of the day. If you are interested in watching that match live without getting a Chelsea result, I suggest you tune in after the kickoff, and perhaps even watch with the sound down. However, the 12:15 game is being replayed right after Chelsea this week at 5PM, so you can avoid this all together.

Expect Carling Cup on delay on Setanta Pub Channel on Wednesday at 5PM and the Chelsea v. Fulham match on PPV live next week at 10AM ET.

    Also expect

12/4 v. Newcastle Live at 7:45AM on FSW
12/12 v. Arsenal Live on PPV at 11:05AM
12/18 v. Norwich Live on PPV at 10AM
12/26 v. Aston Villa at either 9AM (Live), 2PM or 5PM on FSW
1/1 v. Liverpool Live at 7:45AM on FSW

Plus we may get another match or two on SDD on FSW before the end of the year.

    Go Chelsea!

Everton are quite quick, so i wouldn't be surprised if we droped another goal (4 conceded, we're religation bound for sure!). still with Duff, Robben, Lamps & Guddy in great form, 3-1 is what i'm hoping for. but hell, i'd settle for another 1-0. :)

i'd also like to see Kezza get some minutes to score him 1st "league" goal.

Didier Drogba is expected to be back within two weeks so Kezman has to start banging them in pretty soon.

Everton seem easy to score against to me, we are not :)
What d'yer reckon another 4 goals this week?

I would like to see us score early against them, force them to play football, i doubt they will come to attack us otherwise. Not that thats their game, it's just that thats what all teams will do against us at the Bridge, i don't see them being any different. They can't be taken lightly and if it does turn into an all hands at the helm formation from them, you never know what can happen.I'm sure we'll score a goal, but, you just can't write off any team in the Prem when the difference is but a single goal.If we can get them to attack, we'll tear them apart, imho.
Moyes says they're up for it...
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/e/everton/3986063.stm

...but Robben says we're ready for them...
    http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/e/everton/3986063.stm

..i really think we should have both Robben and Duff starting against Everton, they're not at all bad at defending and only Arsenal have really broken them down.

On another note, Gallas is fit for selection..
    http://www.teamtalk.com/teamtalk/News/Story_Page/0,7760,1773_153136,00.html..

...so, we'll have to wait and see if he, again, plays as a full back or spells Carvalho in the center of defense.Just don't see Terry sitting.

Speaking of Terry, he says we don't need to replace Mutu..

...must have read the Monkees post ;)

And as far as the gaffer is concerned..
    http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/sport/football/articles/14512473?source=Evening..
..the only important thing is getting all three points tomorrow.

Guess he hasn't read anything on the Arsenal board about it's how good you look winning, not the win, that counts.

    Oh - wait a second.....:D

The Toffees' last victory at the Bridge was 0-1 on 26 November 1994.

Tommorow should be a fun day for soccer.

    Chelsea @ 3
    Arsenal @ 5

    Think the Revs will win?

I watched 2 MLS play-off games last weekend.
Enjoyed both of them i must say!

The football isn't as bad as people think. Personally, I'm more of an MLS fan than a Revs fan and DC has been playing very well.

Should be a good game tonight at 8:30 KC v. LA....

Actually, i've watched quite a few MLS games this season, the late one on Sat night on FSW.
Compared to a few years ago, there's been a vast improvement imho.

That pass/assist by ADU last weekend was unbelieveable for a kid his age.
perfect placement, weight, curving the ball around the defender and in front of the keeper with pace.Tap in goal as a result. He looks good.

He'll look even better in Blue in a few years time ;)

Not gonna be able to wait until 3 PM to see the replay so I'll be trying to listen in this morning.

Can't see Jose switching the team up too much. I think we'll see Eidur and Robben up front along with either Duff or Cole. Mak, Frank, and one of the fearsome foursome (Smertin, Tiago, Geremi, Parker) in midfield. And Ferreira, Terry, Carvalho and Bridge along the backline.

    Thanks MST.
Tiago on the right of midfield huh?

Might be his type of game as i don't see Everton bombing down the wings much.

Agreed. Would liked to have seen Parker in that spot but apparently his wife gave birth to their 2nd sprog this week so he is on paternity leave. Smertin still out with a groin strain, Drogba out as well. Can only assume that Gallas is still suffering from that knock he took, and Bridge must not be 100% if Baba is starting.

Oh, and Carlton Cole went off injured for Villa today.

Chelsea with 6 corners already in 12 minutes. I can't see Everton putting more than 2 shots on target this match.

Hopefully someone can find Terry's big head to latch onto one of these corners ;) Also with Adu, it could actually happen, I remember Chelsea invited him to at least one of their games in the states. So who knows in a few years.
