to start up!! i actually truly believe we can beat Sevilla if we play like we did..good attacking play to counter theirs. We can play Barca down to the wire, we can play Sevilla down to the wire also. Lets go ahead and kick Espanyol's butt and win this sucker!!!

anthing can happen in the final if we get there. 1 leg, no home advantage, etc. I think we can win it. But i prefer to win the bundesliga.

Congrats on your win from a Cologne supporter. I wish you good luck in all competitions, wouldn't mind Bremen winning both UEFA Cup and Bundesliga.

Schalke won today, we need to win to stay in second and keep within two...we are looking good right now, 2:0 against Dortmund at the end of the first half. goals by Klose and Diego

Zidan has 11 goals at Mainz....i say we take him back and replace Hunt with him. Ive never been impressed with Hunt, where as Zidan looks to be a superstar in the making!!

I also know, that he´s a very good player, but there must be reasons,
why he couldn´t show it for us (kicker average mark D-(4.25) ,
    at Mainz B- (2.7)).

In my point of view he must have the feeling, that here´s the key-player
of his team to show his full potential.
He could do it at Midtjylland and at Mainz, but at Werder there he had good
concurents for a starting spot, didn´t play regular and couldn´t show
    his potential.
Ok, this is a my point of view, but the Werder management also thought
about it and came to the decision, that it´s better for both sides to go
    different ways.

I like Mohamed Zidans playing style a lot and wish him much luck
for the future, but no goals against us. ;)

    ---
    Aaron Hunt:
To sell Aaron Hunt would be one of the dumpest things
the management could do IMO. He is still 20, 5 years younger than Zidan,
nobody should expect wonders from him IMO.

i never said sell hunt, but keep working with him...i can see his potential as well as you can, but he is unrefined and needs more training...he will be of MUCh use to us in the future

Ah, sorry, got it wrong. I understood you want to sell him and rebuy Zidan.

Yes, that´s true, he´s no ready striker so far, but some others also aren´t,
that leaves potential for the future.

Diego's free kick today was just unstoppable, amazing stuff....im telling you, he is Brazil's future mid starter....he will replace Kaka when the time is right

    Not until Ronaldinho steps aside.

Diego is a fantastic player, but he isn't Ronaldinho.....

Everton and Tottenham are interested in Jurica Vranjes

Would he be available...his contributions this season have been quite decent. You think 2-4 million euros is about right for him?h

I'd rather have diego and kaka as the 2 midfielders in the 4-2-2-2

Dunga doesn't like ronaldinho much from what I've gathered from his dropping of him to the bench. I think diego and kaka seem to have their feet on the ground and are not prima donas (which is why I think barcelona want klose - anything but prima dona - over other strikers) and this is very important to dunga.

yup, it's from an article in marca in spain.

if you go to the bayern forum and look at the last couple of pages in the "transfer thread #10 - summer", you'll find the details

Barca have had quiet interest for a long time. They might be envisioning a new strike force of Klose and Zigic......

That quiet interest from Barca is why I keep telling the Bayern fans that no matter what the German press says, I still don't think they have a shot at Klose.

Especially if Bremen wins the title this season......

yeah, klose is a good guy and i'm sure werder offered him lots of money. Bayern sucks this year and he likes it in bremen. I think the reason he wants to play away from germany is not really the money, but the experience. There is no reason to go to bayern imo.
