Obvious he's a step slow coming off the multiple injuries. Just gotta prove he can stay healthy at this point.
I can't understand how he isn't a lock starter over Abraham or at least forces Lampard to play two forwards. He and Werner would be a terror together with Ziyech and Pulisic out wide and Kovacevic playing beneath them. That would of course leave Lampard, Jr. (Mount) on the bench, which is nigh on impossible in Frank's head.
I tried with to watch with three (3) devices but gave it. I am doing good trying to watch two (2) matches simultaneously.
He's a World Cup winner who scores goals wherever he goes while still working hard, holding the ball up and making good passes to make his team click. Yet, everywhere he goes, teams always think they need better options. At Arsenal, his whole tenure was marked by constant calls for a better option. Chelsea sits him behind multiple players more games than not. But, he gets on the field, his team looks better and he gets his goals.
I would like to see him play as much as possible but I agree he should not play more than 60 minutes this time around.
I thought it only came with two simultaneous streams anyway? I've been switching between games on my two screens.
I've been advocating for a weekly YA all-games thread for a while now so it's nice to finally have one thread for all the games. Many of us aren't as concerned about spoilers as we were a decade ago and it will liven up a sub-forum that's been on life support since the day it was born.
Barca down to their last sub with Dest still on the field and Konrad not. Meanwhile, a nice Emerson feed to Pulisic, but shot blocked by two defenders for a corner.
Immobile PK to bring Lazio up to 1-1, and Americans have finally been scored on. Meanwhile, Pulisic coming out in a triple sub.
puli off at 67 min. he had some chances but is a millisecond late to get it on net vs blocked by defender
