That was not the issue: me "being" touchy. Most of you guys (not necessarily you but I could be wrong) berate me for being a USNT fan, assuming that as a result I hate the Mexican NT and everything Mexican that has to do with soccer. The point of that thread was to prove the total opposite, as I am an avid watcher of the Mexican league (specially America and Mty. games).

I realize how shitty it normally is talking with USMNT supporters. I try to be realistic about the team while others just go off the deep end with their irrational theories. Sometimes I get a little irrational, but I try to keep it in check. Scarecrow seems like a decent guy, too. I haven't seen him on in a while. I have a lot of respect for the defense or whatever his name is. He's consistent and makes some decent points and stays calm. It's proof that some of us in Big Soccer can actually keep quality conversations.

Yeah, you're right. I don't really get too worked up. A lot of it is in good humor even though I get pretty viscious. I don't mean any of it... especially the racist stuff I say in WR. That's not who I am, it's just an attempt to get that individual worked up. I've read a lot of the posts you've posted and enjoyed them quite a bit more than most of the other BSMX posters.

I'm just glad that you're level headed about it. I'm sure the Mexican side was just in a slump and as I've been saying for the past few weeks, with Gio, Vela, and Ochoa coming up, it's going to be a whole new game. With me, I appreciate the past, but I don't cite it, because in the grand scheme it doesn't matter. It's here and now that matters. The 12th should be an exciting match for sure.
