      Kosovo is NOT Serbia. I was deployed there, and I can tell you that the Serbs have a very small presence there. I was on the UNMIK mission to transport Serbian villagers to Gjilani.

        A person being in an area for a few months is a pale understanding relative to personal family, religious and national history going back 1,000 years. Not for the first time is superficial American understanding of a situation cause for concern in long term nation building.
