      You asked me to join an organization whose premise you don't agree with. You asked to come to a meetup and argue the premise of the organization.

      Guess what? Advocacy organizations tend not to sign up members that don't agree with what is advocated.

      Interesting...I wonder which thread that was. The username actually refers to the fact that I'm from a state in the US where the state college (American) football team (the Huskers, often referred to as "Big Red") is pretty much the only sports team anyone cares about. Being a soccer fan in Nebraska was a little like being a hockey fan in Nigeria. At least it seemed that way in 1998; I suspect things are changing a little.
