Hey man, sorry for the long delay... I JUST saw this right now, I must have missed the notification. Overall, the basis of the drill is good, however it seems that if it was done at the speed seen in the video, it would simply reinforce bad habits. It seems like he's very slow and lethargic but tough to gauge as I assume it's a warm-up. I don't know what level he plays at, I assume a decent one but some things I would point out... -his little hops aren't exactly the fastest way to get across the goal. He should be side stepping, however little the distance. -his little touches at the cones I feel are sorta useless, if he was covering a further distance and it served as a point to switch directions, it would make more sense.
