no. im 99.99% sure they are NOT! just cuz i asked a ton of people on here what us and uk sizes there zhero gravs were and a UK size 8.5 would be US size 9.

Can't find a link, but I think what he does is he cuts off the team socks at the ankle, and pull the Nike quarter socks up to where he made the cut. Hope that helps, I'm not too sure.
