Previous thread : https://www.bigsoccer.com/community/...-of-players-in-new-boots-gear.1981739/page-56 I haven't bothered posting the last post from the old threads because it had gone WAY off topic. This new thread gives everyone a chance to get it back to its title. IF this new thread continues as the old one ended then I will be issuing members with cards (which myself and JC really hate to do & very rarely do so) but I had already asked for the thread to go back on topic and was just ignored by some members. PLAYER SPOTTING! Lets go ... appleCORR
I know that these aren't cleats but they are prototype gloves. Notice how the pattern is similar to the leaked images of the instinct.
I hope CR7 wears his white/gold special edition Vapor 9s in the UCL final (if he's not injured). IIRC, he didn't wear them for many games?
Ganso in limited edition Maestri blackouts: http://cache1.asset-cache.net/gc/48...CSAqNVrrjMv48zbXB6vT8PU45WDRPhd/4Ze2H1TwHrQ==
Marcelo and Bale in misterious prototypes. Xabi Alonso in Predator Instinct. Casemiro in Nike SuperFly 4.
Chelsea U21's Charly Musonda in custom Mercurials.. Also, seems that the Man Utd "youth players wear black boots" rule isn't quite as strongly implemented anymore - quite a few colored boots on display in this game.
The youth team (U18s) and the academy have to wear black boots but as the under 21s are on professional contracts they can wear coloured boots.
Lukas Podolski looks to have been kitted out (or indeed, kitted himself out) with some custom F50's ahead of the FA Cup Final. Grey/White/Black Camo print upper, Three Stripes in the German flag colours, and message in red across the toe - I have no idea what it says, though. From Poldi's Instagram, I might have guess it's 'Gunning for the Cup' or something similar. Sniff...Balo would be so proud of these...
Some folks are saying that these prototypes that Vujojosh is testing are from the same product development series that Podolski was recently spotted in...I'm not convinced; have any other pros been spotted in these carbon boots?
True, it's a woven aramid fabric, similar to what adidas used on the Nitrocharge KVLR. That's part of what makes me wonder if it could be adidas, but I can't recall them ever using carbon fiber in a sole plate.
