Here is a link that will help every youth soccer player in the country! www.soccer2square.com It's a supplemental training game that helps players of all ages and abilities how play the ball more confidently and effectively out of the air. It's a blast and it brings families together to play!
So it's pretty much soccer tennis? Why would anyone pay money for some pieces of tape and a manual that teaches you moves to try out there? Learn it for yourself, have fun, see what works and what doesn't. This is what creates good players.
El 'Chino' it's is similar to soccer tennis. However there is an appropriate teaching and learning progression. From about U8 through U13 the correct area and rule variations really help the players learn. As an example U9 players need two bounces in their own area before the ball has to be returned. If you were to force that player into one bounce and say 3 touches the player would not learn anything because the game would be way to difficult for that player. So in order to get the most out of the game there is a small 24 page training manual that helps players, parents and coaches learn the correct progression so that the game is both challenging and fun! Thank you so much for responding and try the game you will absolutely love it!

Youth Soccer Academy Hi everyone, I would like to promote a video about our youth soccer academy in Portugal, where you can see some highlights we selected from a "1 week intensive training program" course we've made recently. These represent a great chance for young players to develop their skills and talents, and i think you'll be surprised on how fast some kids can improve in such a small period of time. Is it possible that someone can open a thread to advertise this particular video? Or is it ok i just publish the link through a reply in here? If it's fine, here it is: [ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Du6Vd9auTOQ"]YouTube- Superball - Curso de Técnica Individual (Abril 2010)[/ame] If not allowed, then i'm sorry. Thanks in advance and of course, any feedbacks on the video will be appreciated.
Some of our local players are part of the Concave Sports National Soccer Combine. The free event is set for July 16-17 at the Diamond Sports Complex in Canton, Ohio (Plain Township). Their website can be found at http://www.concavecombine.com. They are only accepting 60 players nationwide. It is great to have players from the area get selected.
Re: Youth Soccer Academy Nice video and training. I like the hula hoops, not sure if they are bought as training gear or not, but very good. I wish my son's Portuguese coaches didn't just have scrimmages during practice.

Plus 2. I've had some of my team players go there, and I was shocked with the results. I thought I was a decent coach, but I know I couldn't have gotten out of those players what Tauichi got out of them.
I have fond memories of my time in Santa Cruz de la Sierra where the Tahuichi camp is, be cool to bring my son back there sometime for soccer camp, and an eye opener for him.

There are many links dedicated to skills training and a few dedicated to athletic development. For youth players looking to gain skills I really like the Coerver videos, they helped me a lot. For athletic development, try X-Factor.
