That was a release clause Mina negotiated with Palmeiras when he went there? I am just confused why Palmeiras would agree to any numbers this low when dealing with Barca?
they'd only signed Mina for like 2m, im guessing they didn't think he'd turn out to be this good? Barcelona had him scouted when he was at Santa Fe, they let him join Palmeiras so he could evolve in a more competitive league and they reserved that preferential option in the hope that he'd impress in Brazil.
