Timmy should transfer to Everton. He'd like the weather.

Same latitude as New York City. Mediterranean is right there, but still...

playoff contenders for promotion right now Danny Williams (in final) with Reading and Shane O'Neil with NAC Breda (first match away tied 2-2).

Wood and hamburg currently in the relegation playoff spot. Need to play for the win against Wolfsburg, who are two points above them.

Wood, battered and bruised, helped get a hockey assist in HSV's survival bid, which came down to the last 5 minutes of the game beating Wolfsburg 2-1. Wolfsburg were certainly the better team, but HSV, seriously, open the check book, bring in a few americans plz

Brooks and Hertha qualify for Europe as well

He looked listless out there, had an awful giveaway that led to Leverkusen's third goal. He has not looked good for Hertha since coming back from injury.

Paul Carr of ESPN noted on Twitter yesterday that McKennie is the 9th US International to play in the Bundesliga this season. I count Pulisic, Wood, Brooks, Johnson, Chandler, Morales, Boyd, Johannsson, and McKennie. According to Carr, this is a record for the most Americans to play in the Bundesliga in a single season.

One player who didn't play in the Bundesliga this season - Julian Green - has been promoted to the Bundesliga with Stuttgart. Julian Green finishes the season for Stuttgart with 10 appearances (7 starts) and 1 goal in a possible 17 matches, in addition to 2 cup appearances with Bayern and 1 goal.

As he has for the better part of 3 PL seasons now... And there's no blaming the 'boro defense this year.

Poor positioning and poor distribution. At fault for 2 or the 3 goals. How many goal kicks and restarts did he put out of touch today? 7?

Shane Oneil and NAC Breda move on in the dutch promotion playoffs with a 2-0 win, he captained the side again. They play NEC for that privilege next

Jerry Kiesewetter. Yanks' last stand in 2.BuLi, all the others lost their starting spot.

Maybe they should follow Picault's path. Get dropped by a then bottom of the table 2 BuLi side, come to MLS and become a lock starter?

Since the Stuttgart game he stopped producing, and he got injured shortly after. He missed the last third of the season, can't be considered a starter at this point.

Even before Sandhausen wrote him down as officially injured (hamstring, April 15), he had already missed games (not in the squad) for over a month.
