With adidas publishing several of their countries' kits today I thought we needed an own thread for showing the all new shirts we're going to see this summer in France. Feel free to rate them and share your opinion! Spain Brazil (away, I think)
Norway with half and half red & blue shirt? Not sure I like it. I need to see shorts and socks as well to get the full impression.
Not a fan of England's plain whites. Just far too "blah". I like the red/blue gradient of Norway's kit from a lone aesthetic standpoint, but I'm not sure if it's a good "fit" for the nation. Maybe because it's *too* generic? Like there wasn't much design thought put into it - it's *just* a gradient. Everything else looks pretty good I guess - though England's red rose(?) kit and Sweden's Sweden kit are probably top of the kits so far.

Was about to post that. Now Im just left with saying that Nike apparently came out with this 4 days after adidas lol
I agree on everything apart from the top kit choice cause I always had a soft spot for the German kit of 1990
Not mentioned with the other Adidas kits, but Scotland's is also out there to see now: Every World Cup team needs a World Cup kit. This #InternationalWomensDay we’re proud to share with you the first ever #SWNT exclusive home and away kits, which will be worn at the @FIFAWWC.#OurGirlsOurGame pic.twitter.com/YKjFBQca0R— Scotland National Team (@ScotlandNT) March 8, 2019
this may be an old question: I assume Brazil has five stars on their jersey since the Brazil men have won five WC (have they won five?)? If so, then the German jersey can add additional stars, plus France, Italy, England, too. Just confusing but I guess no set rules?
I am okay with Norway jersey. Let's see all of them and we could do a ranking contest - maybe everyone pick their top five or something?
Yep, no set rules. Also for Brazil the stars are considered part of the crest (and not the only country with stars in the crest), whereas they're not for Germany and US, et al.
INTRODUCING: @TheMatildas kits for the @FIFAWWC! #GoMatildas Fierce. Bold. United. https://t.co/spvvkvLBG6 pic.twitter.com/0LzjPuvPy1— CommBank Matildas (@TheMatildas) March 11, 2019 The Matildas pay homage to the old "Spew" kits of the Socceroos. It's been so popular that the replica Male shirts sold out in hours. Designed to be only for the Matildas, it's so popular maybe we could see it move over to the men.
Jamaica by Umbro | @umbro has today unveiled kits for Jamaican National Women's Team. åOfficial kits to be worn at this year's @FIFAWWC in France . åThe Reggae Girlz will look sharp in their World Cup debut. #NBSports https://t.co/ovygrFkpUU
New Orange Lionesses shirt: I don't like it. It has the feeling of a washed out cheap sweatshop quality shirt. Orange is a colour that sparkles and is right into your face. This crap thing is akin to a piece of cloth that faded in too much sun. That strange faded centre part seems to be a stylized tulip. Gsus. After the unbelievable shit Adidas 1988 design Nike achieves to come up with this.
China's away kit is very nice. fenix is a part of their team crest so imprinting it on the shirt looks quite cool too bad they didn't go with dragon in the home kit...but looks well none the less
19 nations have unveiled their kits so far, still waiting for: Umbro: Jamaica Adidas: Germany, Spain. Scotland, Sweden, Argentina, Japan Nike: Nigeria, South Africa, Brazil, Chile, USA, Canada, England, Netherlands, Norway, France, Australia, Korea Republic, China, New Zealand Warrix: Thailand Puma: Italy, Cameroon
My initial thought was they watched a little too much Euro 2017 and copied the orange from the Oranje kits

I'm pretty sure Norway would not have been allowed to use our one star earned by the women's team on the men's team jersey in a World Cup - if we ever qualify again. It's ridiculous to see teams like Brazil flash five stars in a WWC. Germany only use their two stars earned by the women and not four by the men, so certain countries deliberately choose to wear fake shirts in a World Cup.
