That is the talk lets hope; if he does not start over two injured not so promising

who gets rb if Dave has to replace Alonso assuming
    Emerson won't get a go

The other Dave would likely get it. But I hope Emerson is given a chance. We need our players ready for City on Saturday.

It’s still better than TNT/Bleacher Report.

they seem to be targeting kante a little and unsettling him this game.

RLC scored on a deflected goal by the way.

and fabregas has been working his socks off on defense. just made an incredible last ditch block in our penalty area that he had to be really aware aware even to be in position to make.

We're denied a clear penalty then concede a goal a few minutes later? Cool.

and then willian decides he was fouled and complains instead of pressures, and the team switch off. we're suddenly down 2-1.

not to mention some of these second fouls should be second yellows for them.

AC with an ungodly bad ball across the back leads to wolves second. The focus levels from several players today has been awful.

I somewhat defended that purchase at the time, but I'll be honest - he's been mediocre.

He reminds me a lot of Glen Johnson this way - good for a bad mistake every game. If he wants to play more, he needs to stop doing that.

I guess we will find out what this team is made of. Do the wilt or come back and score 1 or 2

i'm not sure how clear we need to make it to sarri but alonso needs a rest. emerson should at least bring energy and recovery speed.

    ummm, wow.

so the ref blows time while hazard has the ball right outside the penalty area and is looking to cross or drive? i'm kind of confused by that one.

Well, that is just about as bad as a result as we could have. So much for top 4.

Frustrating to see so many players lose the ball when pressurized. I felt by now, atleast we will have some composure there given that is Sarri's forte.

Spurs and Arsenal are definitely better than us right now.

Too true - we do however seem to be going 'backwards', playing worse each week, while the 'other' top 4 contenders seem to be getting better each week. The fact that next we have to play Manchester City means we are very likely to have a 'gap' between us and the top 4, certainly 'worrying'. My biggest fear - qualifying for the Euro tin-pot sh*te trophy again (and subsequently losing Hazard to a club playing in the Champions league (a very real possibility)). This scenario gives me nightmares.

We should've killed the game off in the first half with some goals. We didn't. We have some real issues and we are still adapting. The next game is the test of the character for this team and if we lose then that will be that. If we lose than even top four may be beyond our capacity. Scousers, Arse, Spurs and Citeh are all looking better than us, as of today.

Will we use a player in the Dele Alli role against City? Will we use RLC to mark and hassle Gundogan?
