Jon Kempin is going on loan to San Diego this season. Kempin's got to be tired of Andrew Tarbell. First when Tarbell was drafted by San Jose Heineman tweets out that KC were targeting him. Then when Kempin is in Columbus they trade to acquire Tarbell therefore sending Kempin out on loan.
Benny calls it a career. I love this game but running is hard. So I’m out!! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ pic.twitter.com/IQ03oUpFuY— Benny Feilhaber (@b_feilhaber22) March 11, 2020
I love Benny. Will wear his jersey with pride until I've worn it out. He hinted that he's staying close to soccer with his career, so I'm hoping broadcast is in his future. I'd be surprised if he were to go the more technical or coaching routes.
He produced one of the best seasons of any player in KC history, (wiz, wizards, skc). Won't ever forget that. A club legend, and wish him all the best in whatever comes next.
So I'm reading an article on mls.com and Matt Doyle is hit with the question "Where does Jakob Glesnes' golazo against LAFC rank in the best goals in MLS history?". First off I'll say slow down there turbo it wasn't that amazing of a goal but it did remind me of a goal from our past. I remember Davy Arnaud hitting a bomb from a mile out at Arrowhead in the Beckham game in 2008. For the life of me I can't track down a video. Does anybody know where a clip might be found?
Thank you. Not sure why I couldn't find that. That actually wasn't the Arnaud goal I was thinking of. I remember him hitting a restart from a similar position on the field as the Glesnes goal. Oh well.
At this point I don't know what I'm thinking of. It appears that I've mashed together multiple memories. That goal looks more like what I as thinking though.
not exactly sure where to place this...but I thought it worthy of a mention. https://www.frontrowsoccer.com/2020...S0oL5DtLrLylXvvJuNoZgHULL_fDBbwXVIW39b_CwBDUE GOODBYE, KEN: Snow, former Indiana standout, 2-time Hermann Trophy winner, passes away Jun 22, 2020 Growing up in Schaumburg, Ill., Snow filled the net on a regular basis for Hoffman Estates High School, becoming Illinois’ all-time boys’ goal-scoring leader with 128. In 1996, he Kansas City Wizards selected Snow in the 16th round of the MLS inaugural draft (156th overall), but the team waived him during the preseason. Two years later, Snow went on trial with the expansion Chicago Fire but was dropped by the team in March 1998.

We all knew it was coming but it isn't awesome, just the same. Sadly, though, if they are intending him to be a regular starter in their system, that's probably good news for the rest of the conference. :/
I am not very happy about our home boy going to play for ********ing Anthony Precourt. Was kind of hoping he'd go anywhere else.
