That would be great but I don't think it will happen but its possible. Aren't the matches in like 3 weeks?
the news is...the football governing bodies will decide by Monday the latest whether Wisla should be included back into the Uefa Cup competition. money needs to be made, and we finished just outside moving onto the next round, so i wouldnt be surprised if wisla is asked back since they were part of the same group stage
Uefa hinted Tottenham that they might not play. http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=403629&cc=5901 This would not be fair because this incident happened during the group phase not after it. Wisla should be in.
If Feyenoord had an ineligible player or something similar during the group stage, then it would be a no-brainer that Wisla should go through. But since this was an off-field issue, it's not so simple. Besides, Spurs would have already been preparing for Feyenoord (scouting, etc.), so to force them to play a different team *may* cause a disadvantage to Spurs. I'm of two minds, since my favorite English team is Spurs...
I have a feeling that they will give Tottenham the bye since it is taking soo long to make a decision...the only question probably is how much money if at all does FIFA/UEFA give Tottenham
correct Wisla will not be asked to return to the UEFA CUP this year Tottenham will get a bye in this round of play http://home.skysports.com/list.aspx...6&lid=4161&title=Tottenham+given+Uefa+Cup+bye
well we didnt deserve it anyways to be honest...because if we did we would of advanced without having this possibility of a second chance
