so we got Legia and Wiska Krakow in the next stage of the UEFA Cup. It's going to be a lot harder now than it has been so far..

jelen scored a goal for Auxerre in a 5-1 thrashing of Belgrad in UEFA
played full 90 and looked good - according to some french sites....hopefully -he can maintain this form onto Monaco Ligue 1 game and most importantly, Finland game

Yeah, hopefully they don't get unlucky with an Ajax or a Rangers.

yea, let alone whoever tumbles out of Group A, most likely Werder but if Bremen surprises one of the two then the likes of Chelsea or Barcelona enter the UEFA!!!!

    LEGIA - AUSTRIA VIENNA

    WISLA - IRAKLIS

Two winable series, if you ask me. Legia has more of a challenge, but I don't know much of Iraklis. All I know is that wisla better win because I'm tired of seeing them lose to Greek teams. :D

I would like to be optimistic and hopeful, but in the present state our domestic league can only be defined as "extremely subpar".
I wish both teams the best and hope they win, but I know that Legia will lose by 2 and Wisla by 1 or 2. ..
Another UEFA season done in the First Round of the UEFA Cup. Grim.

I don't think that Wisla will lose...Austria Vienna is definately too much for Legia, but Iraklis is a beatable team, especially if Wisla plays well.

do you guys think that the Greek channel ERT SAT ( Dish Network ) will broadcast the Wisla- Salonika game?
cuz last year they broadcasted Wisla-PAO
and im getting sick of depending on Sopcast to watch Wisla games

If I were a Wisla fan I'd be mighty embarrassed about this time. Polish club football is a joke!

if both teams fail to advance to the group stages in the UEFA Cup, then next year Polish teams will be given less points in the ratings used to calculate the CL and UEFA Cup places

    still 0-0 in both games
