I would imagine Ayala wishes he had stayed with Villareal. ;)

    D. Milito should have no problems in finding a top club, he still managed to score 16 goals even though RZ were relegated.

As for Aimar, sadly he seems to have gone into permanent decline.

I dont get it why, I remember in 2002 WC he was always featured in TV ads for the WC when he had a condition and couldn't control his own legs

What happened dude, he was the man at Valencia CF

Who knows, he's never quite lived up to his promise. Had a few good years at Valencia but never cracked in the national team, always seemed to lightweight, sad really as at one stage many thought he was going to be a world superstar. Still he a very rich bloke so he won't end up running a pub when he retires. :D

Unfortunate really he did show so much promise, but consistent injury prone seasons did not help.:(

Aimar will find a team, maybe Liverpool to be reunited with Benitez. Milito will go to Italy or England, Ayala will come back to Riber.

Milito will more likely find another team in Europe, both Ayala and Aimar could return to River, while i think they may also have another shot at Europe, specially Aimar.

I really feel for Aimar. He seems to be such a nice lad but he just seems to be cursed.

Come on Pablito, the door is always open for you at Belgrano. We know you are a Belgrano fan and it would be great if you wrapped up your career at our club.

England should never have been a ideal place for Pablito, but it worth a try now since he has nothing to lose.

much as i like pablito, i predicted in 2002 or 2003 that he wouldn't go very far in his career. i am so sorry that my prediction seems to have become true. el payaso's sole weakness is his physique. he's just never got strong enough for the physical sizde of modern football.

To be fair to Aimar it's not as if he has had a rubbish career, he has won a couple of La Liga titles, played in a champions league final, won a UEFA Cup, not to shabby. I think the problem was that (like a lot of promising young Argentine players) he was overhyped and he has never lived up to that hype.
