Nah, you have your opinion and I have mine, and as I said before, I'm game to debate it in the appropriate thread. I see Overachiever has been owning full throttle football, lol. Good username, bad opinions for full. Chucky won't play in the CWC since he'll be crushing buildings in Europe.
We need more Americans thinking this way. Instead, however, Lozano took away the main attention from the match when in an interview he stated that he was ready to leave Liga MX for Europe. “I feel good, ready and prepared to get better and to play in a more competitive [league],” Lozano told Nacion ESPN. “People have told me that I have the possibility of going to play in a better stronger league and hopefully I can improve my football,” he added. http://futebolcidade.com/hirving-lozano-pachuca-europe/ Our youth overseas do but you rarely hear such words from our domestic players who enjoy settling. Anyway, I'm looking forward to see Lozano in Europe. Jesús Martinez, has admitted that Pachuca have already received several offers, including from Ajax Amsterdam, Benfica, and PSV Eindhoven. Is he going to get snatched up by a big club or go to a more "next step" club like the ones mentioned here.
What did he do, not score again? Actually, I saw him play and he looks promising. I don't agree that he has a higher ceiling than Pulisic, who was nearing his time on a Champion's League club at about the same age as Lainez and Lainez hasn't done or shown anything that Pulisic hasn't already done (And, usually, better), but I can see the reason for a little sparkle in your guys' eyes. Of course, you all go way overboard with it and I can only imagine when the kid manages to put one in the back of the net what the collective orgasm will be on this board.
Why does Liga MX hide stats from whoscored unlike every other league? Or is that correct, 0 goals and 0 assists?
I like Lainez a lot. If one wants to say he's a helluva prospect and one of the higher rated 16 yr olds on the planet, I'd agree. But if one wants to literally compare him to Pulisic, well he's got about 16 months to get bought by a BVB level UCL club, break into the squad and get regular starts while registering as something similar to the top assist getter for an U19 in a top 4 league. I won't sit here and say he can't. I will say it's not all that likely. But who knows, maybe he takes a real step and bosses Liga MX next year, excels in the WC, get bought by a major club and come Sept of 2018, he's ballin' in the UCL, at which point he'd be about 18 and 3 months, and a tad behind what Pulisic was at the same age. Better get moving.
They arent looking at it through clear lenses if they would just take off those glasses, they would see what a crack Lainez really is
I'm more inclined to think you are on crack, but it isn't like we don't think the kid has talent. It's just that you all are so ridiculously over the top in your evaluation of his current status that it deserves severe mockery.
You couldn't even begin to explain why they're "gifted" appearances. You and ussawker12345 sure seem awfully salty that he's getting PT while Carleton isn't good enough to make the 18 for an mls expansion team.
Kid is talented, for sure, but I think you mistake Mexican fans talking about him constantly with us being afraid. We can't control you all posting about him all the time. He's playing a similar position as Pulisic is for Dortmund, except Pulisic is playing for a better team, against better competition and with actual accomplishments to point towards.
