1 Manchester United (always ) 2 Porto(2 Mexicans are better than one) 3 Villareal (see above) 4 Ajaccio (not because they play great football but because Ochoa always starts, and I love an underdog) 5 Espanyol (Moreno. Plus I like their uniforms.) 6 Valencia (Guardado) 7 Real Sociedad 8 Other : Nery Castillo At Rayo, whatever team Corona/Davila go to, etc. We just need a Mexican in Italy, Holland and Germany. (*You can vote for multiple teams.)
1. Real Sociedad/Villarreal - I think this is pretty obvious 2. Porto - exciting team plus two very promising youngsters 3. ManU - hate this team, but hope Chicharo continues to do well 4. Valencia/Rayo/Espanyol - Not nearly as appealing as the top three, but will still attempt to catch some of their games 5. Ajaccio - watching this team is like pulling teeth, but Memo continues to impress.
With all of the moves and hopefully more to come I will definitely be watching La Liga more this season than i have in the past. On BeIn it's usually Barca vs. anybody or Real vs. anybody so if we get Jona, Nery, and Uli settled their will be plenty of Mexicans in La Liga to watch on TV this season. I think NBC has the EPL this season so I'm not sure about Cheech and ManU yet.
Forever Vela 1.- Real Sociedad 2.- Porto 3.- Villarreal 4.- ManU 5.- The club where Ulises Davila will play 6.- If tecatito goes to europe, his club.
The only abroad players i really make an effort to follow are chicharo and vela I guess i'll give villareal a shot for gio but the rest don't play glamorous enough positions that i will go out of my way to see what they are doing
Dude.... you listed every team a national team player plays on... you basically left out no Mexican abroad who also plays for the national team (jona I suppose.. but he doesn't really play)
1. La Real of course. 2. Porto (Only if our guys solidify starting spots obviously) 3. Villareal (Maybe; Mallorca was rough to watch last season) 4. No to everyone else
Ajaccio [my vote] Valencia, la Sociedad, Villareal, Espanyol, y el Uniteh... Twente Rayo Vallecano, for personal reasons but now that Desmaridious is there, well. y el Porto pues no me proven el canal. bummer
1. Barcelona (still counts) 2. Villarreal 3. Real Sociedad 4. Valencia The others, particularly Espanyol, I'll watch if they have a good match-up. I avoid Man United like the plague however.
