How come it's so expensive to fly from Chicago to Philadelphia? Even Southwest is almost $400. It just seems unreasonably high for the distance involved.
Im in Denver. Was looking forward to it. However, the /state now mails new drivers licenses. They dont hand them to you on the spot. So,while my temp paper license is good for flying,its no good for getting into a green cross store. Im damn near 60. My ID is no good here. %*&^(*&^%!

Where am I? A couple days of rest and relaxation (and drinking) at The Abbey in Lake Geneva. As usual, started at the great Sprecher pub/restaurant in downtown Lake Geneva. Booking a spa day for my better half and I for tomorrow. Unplug from work (a bit) and school-drink, soak and relax.
Denver. Accidentally drove by DSG Park when going to the Nature Reserve. It looks pretty nice. Everywhere in Denver area is exactly 30 mins from everywhere else.

Next stops on our tour of the country are Independence, MO and Rochester, MN in May. Any insights into those places? All I know about them is that the Oregon Trail started in Independence (should be posted in the video game thread?) and that the Mayo clinic is in Rochester.
