Anyone knows if fabrice really went to Nantes to try out? If not, what is he doing? Is he gonna turn into a waisted player??

Wasn't he with the Rapids (MLS)?
The only Haitian that I know that has some sort of "relation" with Nantes is Pierre, due to the fact he plays for them.

Pierre said he was going to take Noel with him after the match against Panama for a tryout at Nantes.

Noel's poor record with the Rapids may hurt his chances, though. I hope the guy gets a second chance at Nantes eventhough the french club seems to be heading for the L2 after the last loss. Everybody deserves a second chance.

In terms of opportunities to play for a good club after he failed to convince the colorado club that he is goalscorer.

This is truely a second chance for him as many players in his situation would just vanish. His stance at Colorado was his first ever in a foreign club and usually when you fail that first step your career goes straight down the drain.

Ironically, Noel plays very well in the NT. Maybe, Colorado was not the club for him. Hopefully, he comes out of his shell and convince Nantes to sign him.

This is an important point. Certain players need certain systems to excel. Look at Diego Forlan, he was a professional bench warmer at Man U, then goes to Villareal and becomes a goal-machine.

He never went to Nantes, there was a rumor nothing more, the Islanders already have a rep for giving life to washed out player, and Noel isnt one of them his young and still has a chance to make it, look at Salles two years in the Islanders one in Montreal and his know in the J-League and look at you supporting the Blues they arent even gona be around next year with that attendence record.

Just read that he played yesterday for the Puerto Rico Islanders of the USL-1... I hope it's just for a while and that he won't stay there. I guess that's what he could find. Hopefully he shows his worth there and goes back to another bigger team.

He played in last night lost against Montreal very frustrating because the goal came in stopage time. He came in to pomp up the attack in the second have with his partner in crime Alberto Delgado.

Is he now under contract to the Islanders?

It'd be good for him to land there since the club is very serious in it's ambitions.

But he needs some more time to get use to the team he should be starting yet it was a very wierd lineup last night but it work since we out shot and dominated, but both Noel and his partner Delgado who always seem to find themselves infornt together have a good future in the team.

Yesterday he made two goals in our 3-1 victory, he was positioning himself perfectly, especially in the first goal after he recived his own rebound of the bar and blasted in for the goal. The second one was... UN GOLAZO!... he took full advantage of his positioning and completly beat the keeper.
