I can’t remember when Fox started broadcasting NFL games but it was always the big three in the 70’s, 80’s & 90’s... I moved to Europe in 2000 and didn’t really follow the league when I came back.
Yes I believe I taped Joe Montana’s win for the KC Chiefs against the Niners and it was on Fox but not sure.
As was last posted here: unlike what many sports fans here believe, FOX wasn't the first in the U.S. to introduce permanent onscreen score/clock boxes. GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
10-35. The Warriors lost in overtime at the Portland Trail Blazers. Next up: Golden State hosts the Utah Jazz on NBC Sports Bay Area HD on Wednesday. GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
Apparently Kansas City's mayor is an especially big Chiefs fan. (And Wash U grad). Spotted tailgating before the AFC title game. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id...c-mayor-quinton-lucas-reveling-super-bowl-run
The "old guy" mayors I remembered were in their 40s when they were elected. Funny how my perception of age has changed!
Woke article in The Athletic about need for soccer to combat Climate Change. No mention of placing a team in Miami on cursory review. https://theathletic.com/1545073/2020/01/21/football-global-warming-flights-green-carbon-footprint/

I knew you had to know that! He was also the starting QB of CAL in his and John Elway's last college game!
