actually, for me, it's not bad. nowhere near the least interesting stuff that pops up on here from time to time.

That particular line coming on the heels of Llama's particular assertion just struck me as amusing, somehow.

I like having Fulham back in the premier league, though I miss the old American Fulham days.

Truth. We watched it in legal ethics.

Had this one guy in that class who said more dead people was good for business, and that’s why the rule against giving clients money is good.

Brighton take the lead at the Amex. Their throw ins will now, somehow, take longer than hold times with Amex.

In hindsight, I should have waited two minutes to post this. Brighton now 2-0 up.

9 shots today is even more ridiculous when you take score effects into account.

I wonder why Spuds never talked to the London Stadium commission about using their facility for 3 years until the new stadium was ready. Sounds like a lot of piss-poor planning on their end. :ROFLMAO:

Lol. He’s supposed to be leaving every summer! That’s why I was fairly confident he was staying - we put up with this every summer. Jitty has an ongoing joke that every time Hazard plays well he’s “playing for his move to Real”.
Personally, if we crash and burn this season, I think there’s a decent chance he leaves. But if not, he’ll stay. He clearly likes London, he’s getting old for a move and if Real didn’t move for him this summer, why will they next summer? Also, he’s now in a system that’s built for him to excel and enjoy himself (he’s actually very good at pressing, but lackadaisical about defending), so why leave? I do worry a bit about Real using Kovacic as leverage, but unless Hazard wants to leave, that will be moot.

In short, he’ll be here for a while unless Sarrimo fails badly. That’s why all the Chelsea in crisis stories were funny to me - all of a sudden we’re a deep side people are touting for third. Lol!
