There are not many of us left after a long period of mediocrity and little hope from the front office. I don't know if people have chosen to lurk or if they're gone altogether. So, if you stop by to see the state of VfB any time before the start of next season - even if you don't normally post - please drop a note to let people know how many of us there are. A few of us will post team news that we find and answer posts to make it worth the visit. Here's hoping to a good off-season.
Just started back on Big Soccer again. Have been following Stuttgart since the '05-06 season (Studied abroad in Stuttgart in 2005), but haven't been on here for quite a while. Anyone know how Fox having the Bundesliga will affect Stuttgart coverage. I am just happy to watch them on TV as for a few years I had a subscription to stream games from VfB's website.
FOX TV hasn't announced their coverage, but I expect we will get 2 matches a week on FS1 (Sadly, probably Bayern + 1), and a couple more on their extra channels, maybe some online streaming too. It's gotta be better than GolTV. We'll have to open a thread for televised VfB matches!
By all means! I went out and bought the sports package for GolTV, years ago. A couple years ago, FIOS dropped GolTV from my sports package (which used to show Bundesliga), and didn't add BeIn Sports. I've had real bad luck with trying to watch on-line streams. I spent as much time fighting malware trying to load, as I did watching actual soccer being played.
