If we get the win (which we should), this game would help us regain our self confidence and hopefully they carry this into the next stages.
Wondo is shit. Pretty disappointed that Bradley didn't put Dempsey up top with Altidore. That being said good move taking off Ream, he was never good enough for this level (not yet at least). Boca in the middle helps A TON!
a good 2-0, 3-0 but GP is not dumb, they know Lichaj is playing on the left instead of right and they are constantly probing and they've been getting deep besides the goal, altidore has been sub par communication wise, flat footed, passing and on the other hand wondo has been a great hard worker hope he scores tonight
how so his been working hard, getting calls-corners as well as chasing balls btw, donovan kinda quiet in this game besides early on in the game
Wondo and Lichaj have been playing pretty good and they should only play better with more playing time. Dempsey looks knackered and should probably be subed in the second to save him against Jamaica. The back line has looked shacky and fast players seem to get the defenders back at will and will eventually beat those offside traps.
that's true, maybe 2-3 years left in him..his getting gray hairs after all that's really worrying me, GP could have scored first and can score if we don't tighty up we should take out the yellows as well if we go up by one or two
It sickens me too. We should have scored one more goal in the first. We need to start shooting from just outside the box to draw the defense out. Stop with the extra short passes, it's not cute nor clever.
