Actually it's not your browser, I guess. I am experiencing problems with editing messages, putting smilies in messages and other minor features here on BigSoccer, and apparently other users (SiberianThunder) have this kind of issues.

We should maybe alert some mods that BigSoccer is malfunctioning.

Okay, it's just not me then!

In other, terribly surprising news, Avaldsnes lost 5-0 in Lyon so Lyon is through too I guess?

There is a thread in Customer Service forum when they are trying to fix the issue (although the issue itself doesn't let me link you to that...).

The return legs were not so good for Norway. Here is an update. Remember: Nations with 2 teams got their points averages. So Norway only got 1 point (2+0)/2 for the round.

Provided there is no change to the format (Top 12 nations = 2 entries) this is the current live-standings in the 5-year-ranking for the 2018/19 season:
9 Switzerland 33 (8 points this season, Zürich still in, save for two spots)
1o Czech Republic 33 (5, Slavia still in)
    11 Austria 28 (3.5, out)
    12 Norway 27.5 (4, out)
    ------
13 Scotland 26 (3, out, has lost second spot for sure)
    14 Netherlands 25 (8, Twente still in)
    15 Kazakhstan 21 (7, BIIK still in)

Yep if Twente go through to the quarters, Netherlands might catch up on Norway, it will be luck of the draw as some seeded teams are weak and two non seeded teams are strong FC Bayern and Manchester City.

I agree about the two non-seeded strong teams, but what seeded teams do you see as weak? I might label the two Danish teams as weaker than Bayern/City, but I wouldn't outright call them weak - I could easily see either one into the QFs.

That said, the only unseeded teams I'd bet against before we see the R16 draw are BIIK and Brescia. The UWCL is getting tighter each year.

I meant weak against City and Bayern. To me the top 3 seeds would beat City but the bottom 5 are likely to be beaten.

    The draw :

    Paris Saint-Germain (FRA) v BIIK-Kazygurt (KAZ)
Barcelona (ESP) v FC Twente (NED)
Slavia Praha (CZE) v Rosengård (SWE)
Manchester City (ENG) v Brøndby (DEN)
Brescia (ITA) v Fortuna Hjørring (DEN)
Lyon (FRA, holders) v FC Zürich (SUI)
Eskilstuna United (SWE) v Wolfsburg (GER)
Bayern München (GER) v Rossiyanka (RUS)

Netherlands have a good chance to overtake Norway for the 12th place and even Austria at the same time.

I would not give them a "good chance". You're talking about a team that beat them twice last year and was one GK gaffe away from double-draws against PSG.

Still Twente beat Bayern München last year so it would say the chance are good, perhaps less than even but still good.

Maybe... My impression from last year's thread was that it was more that Bayern lost that series than it was Twente won that series; I thought many posters had commented that Bayern simply didn't perform as expected.
