Wtf are you guys talking about with the "strong teams avoiding eachother" ?

Last season in 1/8 it was Barcelona vs PSG. In the quarters it was Barcelona vs Juve and Real vs Bayern. We also got Atletico in the semis.

The season before that you had Chelsea vs PSG and Juve vs Bayern in 1/8. City vs PSG and Atletico vs Barca in quarters. City vs Madrid and Atletico vs Bayern in the semis.

    Crappy draw.

Free rides for Bayer, barca and City to the semi's while we have had to actually get tested.

Then they will complain the draws are rigged in our favor.

Bad draw. Juventus is our culprit on a two-match tie. I'm afraid that they could go through here.

Better to get Juventus than to get City Barca or Bayern.

As bad as our history is against Juventus in two game knockouts, this is not the same Juve team of the past. They barely got past Tottenham and we wont make mistakes like they did. They needed some heroics from an old Lichsteiner to save their lives. That wont happen against us.

Even we got humiliated by the same Spurs side. I wouldn't take Juve performance against Spurs as some sort of a standard.

Am I the only one who thinks this is a great tie ? I mean have you seen them play recently ? They aren't the sale Juve as before . And if it wasn't for a miracle hint of awesomeness of Higuain we'd be playing the spurs.
Apart from that they have a very old defence and their midfield players are not world class . Matuidi wasnt good enough for Psg , Khedira wasnt good enough for us and altough I like Pjanic , he isnt worldclass either.

These useless stats dont say shit. This Juve is far far away from the team they were 3 years ago, they got even worse than last year. Plus they dont have Pjanic and Benatia in the first tie (we should finish this in Turin tbh), so their donkey midfield becomes even worse. Spurs outplayed them twice, difference between them and us is that we actually gonna make these chances with Ronaldo in form now. Modric, Kroos, Isco, Marcelo will be dancing with Khedira, Barzagli & co donkeys.

We were in our worst form and we didnt make our chances. We are a totally different team now how weird it sounds with the same players but it is..

Benatia, and more importantly, Pjanic are suspended for the first leg.

What a stupid draw. Bayern and Barcelona got the two weakest teams currently in the competition. Sevilla and Roma don’t stand a chance. Barca and Bayern got a free pass to the 1/2 finals. Man City also got a pretty easy draw, It’s not as one-sided as the other two but Man City are still clearly the better team. The only interesting tie is ours. We got the toughest draw of all. These are the most boring 1/4 finals in recent years.

A semi between Barca and City would be great . For some reason i can see Pep outsmarting barca... Bayern Real is very doable . My dreamfinal : ciry real

Buffon 40 yo, Lichsteiner 34 yo, Chiellini 33 yo, fcking Khedira and Matuidi pair, Mandzukic who's a terrible player and one of the worst starters of any top team and Dybala who only has 1 UCL goal this season.

I'll take Juve over Liverpool all day.

Complicated draw for us though it could have been worse as well(Barca, Bayern, City or even Liverpool). I think Livepool has a decent chance against City. Barca and Bayern already in semis.

Bayern have had the easiest road to the semis in recent memory. Besiktas and now Sevilla, my goodness.

Real are Real and are favorites.

The idea that Juve are weaker than last year or 2015 isn't based on actual form in all comps. They are on pace to challenge for the points record in Serie A, score much more, and give up fewer goals per match.

Since November 19th this "shitty" Juve's form is:

    TWWWTWWWWWWWWWWWTWWWWWW
    20W 3T
(That run includes Barca, Sporting, Napoli, Roma, Milan, Inter, Lazio, Tottenham, Tottenham).

Juve have not lost in nearly 5 months despite so many injuries which most should be back from.

Juve haven't lost in CL since matchday one.

    This should be another classic.

If we make predictions based on both teams league's form Juve gonna smash Real. Fortunate for Real, they are a totally different team in the CL. People seem to forget that.

Real are the best CL side in history and have been on a historic run.

With that said, it depends on which Real turn up. If CL winner Real do, no one can stop them. If it's the version of Real that have only won 60% of la Liga matches that are very dependent on Ronaldo to score, then it may be different.

Yeah, Wall of Turin bla bla. The godly PSG with Neymar the goat. Man City with the genius Pep .

We won 3 CL's in last 4 years yet we were never the favorites. Even this year . It was always Barcelona,Bayern and then PSG and City. Let them keep underestimating us while we keep collecting these sweet UCL trophies.

    What's to come:

Only Real fans think they are never considered favorites. Real are always favorites to most people (rightfully so).

Erm no. Look at the bookies over last 4 years and look at the media. We're never the favorites until we enter the final or even then.
