Is Al Jazira stronger than Al Ain? How come? What is their head to head result? In this season and last season. I believe Al Ain is stronger.
they didn't face each other yet this season their 1st round game was postponed due to Al Ain CL schedule. they will face each other on the 23rd of January, Al Jazira got a young team with better foreign players while Al Ain got more experienced players about the foreign players its been rumored that Al Shamrani might join them from Al Hilal. last year Al Ain won both league games 2-0 and 3-1 but lost the President Cup final from Al Jazira in penalty shootout after 1-1 FT. thats how Al Jazira made it to this years AFC CL last year was a rough season Mabkhot was alone trying to carry them. last years standings: Al Ahli Al Ain Al Wahda Al Nasr Al Shabab Al Wasl Al Jazira Al Ain is the only team who has not lost any game yet in the league this season while Al Jazira lost one game from Al Nasr, Both got eliminated from the cup Al Jazira lost 6-1 from Al Wahda while Al Ain got eliminated by Al Nasr 1-0 I'd say Al Ain is stronger cuz Al Jazira last game against Al Wasl could have gone either ways Al Wasl missed more chances and were in control of the game but lost the game the same way they lost their cup's games via counter attacks and set piece plays
Thank you for your complete response. It was informative. Al Jazira was awful last year. I watched their matches against Iranian club. Al Ain was very good.
