******** CONCACAF. It's not just the fact that Mexico got the group of death but the way the other groups were so fvkin easy. It's was insane how the only good team was ALWAYS going to Mexico's group.
There's Group of Death and there are Group of Death's. I don't remember seeing any where every single team was the hardest. Mexico should still go thru (but you never know as last time Mexico kind of struggled and only got to the final because of Panama's help) but it would have been good to have 1 gimme in a draw that was FULL of those teams.
You never know with U17. People forget that last time, the 4th place World Cup team only got to play the CONCACAF final because Panama upset Canada in the final game. Plus there is no question it's the group of death especially with those 2 other joke groups.
Costa Rica and Panamá are easily better than anything else in our group. And Honduras is just as good if not better than the US in our group. The rest of the teams are anomalies since we can't really tell at this level. I still don't understand how this is a group of death, every team in this group looks so inferior
Costa Rica and Panama are seeded teams so your point is mute in that. And I don't know how you say that Honduras is better than the US, who has a good team that recently beat Brazil. And really Jamaica and El Salvador aren't better teams than Curazao, Suriname and Cuba? Really the only one at their level would be Haiti and I think Jamaica has historically been a better team.
Despite Mexico being ahead of any of those federations in youth development, it's still not a good thing to have the US in your group.
Here is the schedule for the first round. Games will be shown live on Facebook and (I think) Univision. The times listed below are what I got from the FEMEXFUT site. 23 April 2017, 2:00pm Mexico v El Salvador 26 April 2017, 4:30pm Mexico v United States 29 April 2017, 2:30pm Mexico v Jamaica
Does anyone know when was the last time the u17 lost in the qualifiers? I'm betting they they have a longer streak than what the u20s had
Nope. The U20 was longer but mostly because Mexico didn't play the 2011 U17 qualifiers because they hosted it. They have more successful qualification but before 2011, they didn't play 1 tournament (the 2009 was supposed to be that but the influenza thing made it so that they only played the group stage).

Here we go guys @NoobSaibot @Overachiever Carlos Robles, and Luis Olivas are the two CB's. Robles is pretty short for a CB. We'll see how he does. For Atlas he played RB when he make his debut. That tridente Torres, López, and De la Rosa. I think they should have gave Torres #10, López #11, and De la Rosa #9.
