Four of these players are on the current Washington Spirit Reserves roster (Basinger, Dougherty Howard, Purce, and Herndon). Sullivan played for them from 2011 to 2015 (starting when she was 16), but she and her family live in California now.

The U.S. Under-23 Women’s National Team faced England in its final game of the U-23 Women’s Nordic Tournament Despite falling in penalties, the result was good enough to give the USA the tournament title on goal difference.
That is weird. I was wondering, because I thought I read US would win tournament with either win or draw - then saw they had penalties. I guess it is good practice for them
