I heard about this and was like "holy crap". David Lynch will be involved in the whole thing, and Showtime means they can do it his way without any goofy demands from the network.
That's exactly what I thought when I heard about this, particularly about how airing on Showtime will give David Lynch the freedom to totally (or at least nearly-totally) do it his way. Will Lynch get another actor to play BOB (since Frank Silva, the actor who played BOB, passed away almost twenty years ago) or will he simply introduce a new antagonist? GO SAN JOSE EARTHQUAKES!!! -G
