    You'd make a great DoF.

Apparently there was a deal in place for that Ozan Kabak, but Marcano, who was part of that deal, is refusing to move.

I would like it if EDF gives him a chance the second half of the season. Play him tomorrow, sub him in the last minutes from time to time. I know Schick needs more play time but Defrel have performed well with Sampdoria.

Not sure what happened with Defrel at Samp, after scoring 6 in 12 games they just dropped him for Caprari. I don’t know if there is an obligation clause they don’t want to commit to, but he is good enough to start for a EL spot team and should leave.

I doubt it would be to Roma though, unless one of Dzeko or Schick gets seriously injured in the next few days. We are already struggling to give Schick time.

Many clubs are interested, it won’t take long.

If we can loan Schick I wouldn't mind seeing what Defrel can do given a chance to play in his natural position.

Schick put in imo, the best performance we've seen from all our forwards this season v Sassuolo in his last start. Just doesn't seem to be the right time to send him out on loan. I was big on Defrel coming here but I dont see how it works for him now unless he was to go on loan again for 6 months and Dzeko moves on in the summer.

I like the characteristics that Schick and Defrel have to alternate with in the cf position. It gives you a bit of everything.

This seems to happen quite often to Roma, and we need some new blood asap in defence!

    Stick with Schick

Blow the bank on Chiesa in the summer, not Belotti

I liked him at Southampton , but he's been pretty uninspiring since, imo.

Wouldn't hate it if it was a loan depth move , but I don't think I'd feel comfortable spending significant cash on the guy.

I mean... I'd love that , but where the hell are we gunna get the money?

Unless we strike a deal for a summer transfer, I dunno how this makes much sense.

Those rumours were about the summer when - as you suggest - we will know more about what kind of budget we will have.

Jesus injury is serious and he will miss some time. This means Marcano won’t be sold unless we sign a CB.

As good as I think he can be (and is) we already have; Pellegrini, Cristante, Zaniolo and possibly Gerson. That's 4 young, promissing CM I think we are ok in that area.

I'd rather spend the money on some wingers and a CB. Time for SES and Perotti to move on and get some experienced wingers to go w/ Under and Kluivert.

I wonder if they are thinking of turning Zaniolo into a RW.

Generally I think it's probably the easiest transition from an AM to a winger but I think he should get a solid season or 2 under his belt as an AM before they try to convert him.

Why would you bother converting him? He's a big horse/wrecking ball in the middle of the field who can actually play, that's such a rarity. Huge mistake to take him out of that role IMO.

Barella fills a need but at this point he’s probably impossible. Probably should have went for him over Cristante in the summer when his price was similar.

Bennacar will be a cheaper alternative.
