No I went and did the math the other day, Dragowski had 59% save percentage before last match. He is only 21 which is very young for a GK, so he obviously can grow. I’m just worried that after they bought Olsen for a couple of good NT games, Roma will go and buy a guy on the back of one good game. I also want to see Fuzato get a shot before signing another GK in his age.
Juve, 50 milioni per Zaniolo: la Roma fa muro, ma è già asta Roma, Pellegrini: «Contento di restare, ma non decido solo io»
As reported by the Italian outlet Il Tempo, Roma bank €70 million from the 2018-19 Champions League, approximately €30m less than the previous year when Di Francesco‘s men had reached the semifinals against Liverpool. Not bad.

Dopo la sconfitta di #Bologna, Walter #Sabatini si dimette a causa di una lite con #Ferrero negli spogliatoi @sampdoria @SkySport— Gianluca Di Marzio (@DiMarzio) April 20, 2019 Sabatini has resigned after a fight with Ferrero after Samp's 3-0 loss to Bologna. He's coming home.
Marseille and Lyon have more money than I think perhaps people realize. Lyon, in particular, wouldn't need to sell anyone to afford Under. And despite what some Roma supporters think (or hope), Under doesn't have a 60m valuation.
Do you guys feel Zaniolo is worth 2.5 million right now? He played very well in some games and in other games he didnt do much (never really played bad). Personally 2.5 is a fair salary if we can afford it, but seeing how long it took players like Manolas to get raises it seems like alot for him. On the other hand, we've given high salaries to terrible players who have contributed nothing and if anything made our team worse when played. Roma have to decide whether they should give him what he wants (meaning they see he is actually the real deal and not gonna fade away after next season), sell the player for 60 mil (invest in a proven young player like barella)8, or leave it as it is let him see out his contract for now and if he can perform well week in and week out then give him a justified raise (this would probably make him want to leave). I know he is making very little money right now but its either keep him at that or give him the top player salary he wants, no in between. I wonder how this is gonna play out this summer, and I think alot will depend on his performances in the final 5 games this season.
Nope, I think 1.6M plus bonuses is more than enough. But when RM and Juventus offer him double that, what options do we have really?
2.5? Nah, not really. But we routinely paint ourselves into these corners. I'm a huge fan of the kid (who isn't?) and I want him to stay as long as he wants to, but I don't think he needs a bumper contract this soon. However he's been linked to multiple big clubs, and this is our incentive for him to stay. It's not like we can sell the kid on our long-term vision, or world-class coaching, the prospect of playing for trophies, etc. We've fired our manager and DoF in his short time here and would need a serious amount of good fortune to make top 4. It's pretty much just playing time and cash that would realistically tempt the logistical part of his brain to stay. Hopefully, he falls in love with the club like a Roman and we can convince emotions to keep him for a while longer. In the end, our crazy financial situation puts us in situations like this. We can't be as frugal/strict as a club like Napoli because their club is miles better off, and one of the unintended consequences is our wage structure is outta whack.
