Didn’t think he literally had to be there to officially obtain the passport.

Wouldn't it be like any citizenship/naturalization that they have to be sworn in.

I heard HH say he's going to get his Portuguese passport and has to take an exam....sounds to me like it might be his citizenship.

  5. In what country can you get that country's passport and not become its citizen?

I was just clarifying what he said. He said he needs to take an exam. I'm assuming it's his citizenship exam. And if he passes he'll be eligible to get his passport.

But to answer your question, one can get a US passport without being a US citizen. Google it. Ppl from Samoa are considered US Nationals cus it's a US colony. Hence, they can get a US passport without being a US citizen.

I’d think you could do that any random weekend though. Guess they’re rigid with the dates. Wouldn’t be surprised if he fluffed up the situation a bit to skip out on the friendlies. Everyone needs breaks.

Glad Tecatito is staying, especially after those rumors from a few months saying he was coming back to Mexico

Herrera at Atlético would be awesome!

Statement from him is over the top but doesn’t surprise me considering the disgusting organization he works for and the naco that he is.

Sounds like he’s bitter or jealous of something...makes you wonder why he took him out in the WC when he was our best player.

    Piojo gonna piojo.

Yes, pls. He's good enough to play in Europe and it would open a starting spot for Gerardo Arteaga.

Man, this is exciting news....good young player, good league, team isn't known for making it difficult for it's players to leave, good amount of money offered, and decent team. Please soccer gods let it happen! And up next send Alan Mozo.

Puras jaladas, Mexican clubs are selfish, get with reality guys! Lol

All the more reason for us to bust a nut when one of our players really leaves for Europe because it RARELY happens
