Bit of a hyperbole. Fierro has been playing quite good as of lately with Chivas. Going to Querétaro. 'Poncho' made his debut with El Tri Mayor in 2014 under 'Piojo'. He showed promise with Atlas, which prompted Rayados to sign him. He's still young. Hopefully he exploits his talent. 'Pollo' has been playing regularly. He helped FC Juárez reach the final in Liga de Ascenso last year, and has had minutes with Veracruz. Escamilla has been getting minutes with Pumas. A shame what happened with Espericueta. He has the talent but simply 'Tuca' is not too fond of him... Espiri has responded well in the few matches he's had... Against Juan Aurich in the Libertadores, he scored a goal and recorded 2 assists... Granados is still young. I still have faith in him. Hopefully he turns a late bloomer like Peralta. See Fierro latest games with Chivas...
IDK man if Montes is in a similar position by the time he is nearly 23, something bad happened. It's more about Montes being a superior prospect than anything else.
right, just like Herrera is at liverpool and man u. Ochoa never had a passport, and big teams arent going to give up a foreigner spot to an unproven goalie.
Check out @6:40 Jesus Martinez mentioned that Man City and a Dutch team are interested in some sort of combo deal for Chuky. Wonder what that means...
Many teams have good relations with other clubs and send players out on loan to get more experience or to work out work permit/other visa issues. Maybe a team is contemplating buying him but is thinking of loaning him out right away.
chelsea did this with Davila not a fan pretty sure Chuky could get a work permit. He's been capped for the national team. Chicha didn't have that many appearances for Mexico when he joined Man Utd.
Saimon, for all sorts of reasons now I don't get excited about hearing an English team in pursuit of a Mexican player like when I used to have to need a change of pants when hearing these sort of rumors. When I was first able to watch EPL on a regular basis in the year 2000 I was also buying into that "EPL, the greatest league on earth" noise. My own personal opinion and probably falls into small minority, but EPL/BPL greatest league on earth facade is coming off in big chunks; the BPL is not a league a Mexican player can develop a higher skill set/mentality or for that matter any player from any country including England.

Yes, dude, please! I know some of you will say the Scottish League is inferior to the Mexican (and you're probably right), but Abella would go to a historic team (that just returned to the top flight), with a coach that already knows him and helped develop him and would most likely start. Plus, since he's only 23, if he does well at Rangers, he could go somewhere else in a few years and playing in Europe could finally earn him a call up from Osorio. And Mexico needs that since right back is arguably the thinnest position Mexico has. For starters, Paul Aguilar is just coming out from injury, is on the wrong side of 30 and we don't know at what level he'll come back (plus, while he was a solid starter, he was inconsistent at times; also, there hasn't really been someone from Osorio's call-ups who has shown to be able to handle the position (Jesús Dueñas has been mostly replacement level and you can't seriously expect a natural CB starting there and not getting burned by a good team) and if you try to fill that spot with Layún, you will have the same problem, but on the left. So yeah... bring it on.
Abella already got benched by a 18-19 year old, so instead of him rotting on bench, might as well have him try his luck in Europe.
Sorry to be a party pooper but there's no way in hell Rangers could secure a work permit for a player that hasn't been called up to any Mexican NT in years. Not gonna happen.
